Mozilla Firefox 2

  1. Open Firefox and at the top of the page click 'Tools'.
  2. From the pull-down menu choose 'Options'.
  3. The 'Options' panel will appear. At the top of this panel, click 'Privacy'.
  4. Under 'Cookies', make sure the box labeled 'Accept cookies from sites' is checked.
  5. Click 'OK'.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6, 7, & 8

  1. Open Internet Explorer and at the top click 'Tools'.
  2. From the pull-down menu choose 'Internet Options'.
  3. The 'Internet Options' panel will appear. At the top, click 'Privacy'.
  4. Slide the bar to 'Medium'.
  5. Click 'OK'.

Safari

  1. Open Safari and at the top of the page click 'Safari' (Mac) or 'Edit' (PC). From the drop-down menu choose 'Preferences'.
  2. The 'Preferences' panel will appear. At the top click 'Security'.
  3. On the 'Security' tab, under 'Accept Cookies', select either 'Always' or 'Only from sites you navigate to'.
  4. Close the panel by clicking the 'x' on the upper left.

Mozilla Firefox 3

  1. Open Firefox and at the top of the page click 'Tools'.
  2. From the pull-down menu choose 'Options'
  3. The 'Options' panel will appear. At the top of this panel, click 'Privacy'.
  4. Under 'Cookies', make sure the box labeled 'Accept cookies from sites' is checked.
  5. Click 'OK'.
 

If you've already checked that your cookies are enabled and you're still receiving this error message, try opening a new window in your browser. Sometimes using tabs in a single browser instance can cause your cookies to stick.

If you're still receiving this error message, you may need to clear your cache and delete your cookies (This links to a page hosted at google.com).
