Mozilla Firefox 2
- Open Firefox and at the top of the page click 'Tools'.
- From the pull-down menu choose 'Options'.
- The 'Options' panel will appear. At the top of this panel, click 'Privacy'.
- Under 'Cookies', make sure the box labeled 'Accept cookies from sites' is checked.
- Click 'OK'.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6, 7, & 8
- Open Internet Explorer and at the top click 'Tools'.
- From the pull-down menu choose 'Internet Options'.
- The 'Internet Options' panel will appear. At the top, click 'Privacy'.
- Slide the bar to 'Medium'.
- Click 'OK'.

Safari
- Open Safari and at the top of the page click 'Safari' (Mac) or 'Edit' (PC). From the drop-down menu choose 'Preferences'.
- The 'Preferences' panel will appear. At the top click 'Security'.
- On the 'Security' tab, under 'Accept Cookies', select either 'Always' or 'Only from sites you navigate to'.
- Close the panel by clicking the 'x' on the upper left.

try opening a new window in your browser. Sometimes using tabs in a single browser instance can cause your cookies to stick.
